With all the health and nutrition advice out there, it’s difficult to determine what’s best for you. That’s why I use evolutionary science as a guide. Your mind and body are a product of how your genes and hormones are expressed in response to your environment. To achieve optimal health, we need to experiment with the right conditions to reach your personal homeostasis – a hormone profile that is balanced and makes you feel energetic, healthy, and vibrant.

Mindless snacking, carb-addictions, and overeating all have an evolutionary explanation. I can help you figure out how to rid yourself of the sugar dragon once and for all. I use a step-by-step approach that will show you exactly what to do, when to do it, and how often to do it. Here’s what I provide

  1. A detailed lifestyle redesign protocol that encompasses nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, exercise, and overall wellness.
  2. A clear goal for the month that is realistic and achievable.
  3. A copy of your biometrics and body measurements. This is important to calculate your macronutrient and caloric needs for your meal plan.
  4. Tons of additional information relevant to your health goals.

Consults last 60-75 minutes and can be done face-to-face or remotely.

Follow-ups are recommended once a month, but are optional. As you progress in your transformation, new strategies are implemented, including a new plan if necessary. I’ll be there to guide you the entire time we’re together!

I provide receipts for Naturopathy if it’s covered by your insurance.
